The Apartment
The Allergy Free Apartment is a large apartment/flat located on the entire ground floor of a lovely three-storey Edwardian house. It is all on one level however there are two steps outside to enter the building. Private off-street parking for one car is directly beside the front door.
The apartment has two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and three en-suite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms also has a second entrance via the office and living room. There is a small office with internet access. There is a large eat-in kitchen and a bright, spacious living/dining area overlooking the private garden. The bedrooms are all large enough to have a baby’s cot in them.
Bedroom One
Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower).
Bedroom Two
Triple bunk bed with double bed on bottom and single bed on top.
En-suite bathroom (shower).
Bedroom Three
Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom (shower). The en-suite can be entered through the bedroom or living room via the office.
Office
Small office with internet access. Large enough for a cot if required.
Kitchen
Large kitchen with breakfast bar. Large appliances include Míele washer, Míele dryer, Bosch fridge/freezer and Bosch dishwasher. To cook with, there is a combined microwave/oven as well as an electric fan oven with ceramic hob. Small appliances include blender, toaster, electric kettle and hand blender with chopping/whisk/purée attachments.
Living/Dining Area
Very large, bright living area with comfortable seating for six. Dining table overlooking private garden with seating for six. TV and DVD player with selection of DVDs supplied (including children’s DVDs). Wii and Wii Fit games console. CD player and selection of CDs (including children’s CDs). Board games, cards and books also available.
Garden
Walk out from living/dining area to lovely private garden. Safe, enclosed area for children to play. Garden furniture for six adults plus children. BBQ available for use.
The apartment is chemical and toxin-free. There are laminate wood floors throughout (no carpet or rugs anywhere) which were done approximately 10 years ago so there is no remaining off-gassing. 
All the bedding and towels are organic unbleached cotton. The linen is washed in Ecover laundry detergent which has no artificial fragrances. The apartment is only cleaned with Ecover, Method or natural cleaning products and nothing with artificial fragrance is used in the apartment. The apartment is ideal for families with children. We can supply a highchair and cot like many holiday lets, but we go a little further and also offer a baby monitor, push chair, baby bouncer chair and children's dishes & and cutlery. We can also usually arrange a babysitter with someone who is trusted, experienced and known to us personally. If you let us know the ages of your children we can also provide some suitable toys to keep them entertained. For older children (and adults!) there is a Wii and Wii Fit in the apartment
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any animals in the apartment due to potential allergens. It is a strictly no-smoking apartment.
