How to Make a Booking
To make a provisional booking, please email, fax or telephone us (details below). We will be pleased to hold your provisional booking for 10 days pending receipt of your completed and signed booking form and deposit. If no booking form and deposit is received, your booking will be cancelled.
Short breaks can be booked one calendar month prior to the holiday date and need to be paid in full. Weekly bookings can be made at any time. If booked more than two (2) months before the holiday start date, then 40% of total cost is due, plus £150 security deposit. If booked less than two (2) months before the holiday start date, the total amount is payable, plus £150 security deposit. The security deposit will be returned following the end of the holiday as long as the apartment is in the same state of repair as at the beginning of your holiday and there is no major breakage or damage.

How to Pay: Cheques should be made payable to “Allergy Free”. Payment of the deposit is 40% of the total and is to be made by cheque, credit/debit card or BACS transfer upon confirmation of booking. The balance is payable by cheque, credit/debit card or BACS transfer two (2) calendar months prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 2 calendar months of the holiday start date the full rental will be required. The security deposit is £150 to be paid by cheque, dated the first day of your holiday. For those overseas, BACS transfer can be used, transferred back to you following the holiday.
We will send your booking confirmation to you on receipt of your initial payment. The information will include the name and phone number of the holiday contact and will tell you when you must pay the remaining cost of the booking. Upon receipt of the balance of the payment, we will send you all necessary travel information including directions to the apartment and how to obtain the keys.
