Important Information

Availability: The flat is available for weekly, weekend or mid-week breaks. Weekend and mid-week breaks are only available for booking one calendar month prior to the date requested. Weekly bookings can be made at any time.

Arriving & departing: Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise stated during the Christmas period. Weekend bookings run from Saturday to Tuesday (3 nights).  Mid-week bookings run from Tuesday to Saturday (4 nights).  When you have paid for your holiday in full, you will be sent details of how to find the property and where to collect the keys on arrival. Please advise the owner of your estimated arrival time, which should normally be after 4:00 pm.

On your departure day, you are required to leave your property by 10:00 am. This is to allow us sufficient time to prepare the property for the next arrival later that day.

Changeover Day: For weekly lets the changeover day is Saturday. Departure time 10:00 am, arrival time from 4:00 pm. 

For weekend breaks the arrival time is from 4:00 pm on Saturday, departing by 10:00 am on the following Tuesday. (Three nights’ accommodation). 

For mid-week breaks the arrival time is 4:00 pm on Tuesday, departing by 10:00 am on the following Saturday. (Four nights’ accommodation).

Children: Children are very welcome.  High chair, travel cot and organic cot linen, pushchair, baby monitor, baby bouncer chair, children’s plates/bowls/cutlery, toys & books and a selection of children’s DVDs can be supplied if requested.  We can also usually arrange a babysitter if required.

Linen: Bathroom towels and bed linen are provided with the rental.  Beds are made on arrival.  All linen is organic unbleached cotton.

Animals: Animals are not allowed due to the allergy-free nature of the apartment. 

How to Pay: Cheques should be made payable to “Allergy Free”.  Payment of the deposit is 40% of the total and is to be made by cheque, credit/debit card or BACS transfer upon confirmation of booking.  The balance is payable by cheque, credit/debit card or BACS transfer two (2) calendar months prior to arrival.  If the booking is made within 2 calendar months of the holiday start date the full rental will be required.  The security deposit is £150, to be paid by cheque, dated the first day of your holiday.  For those overseas, BACS transfer can be used, transferred back to you following the holiday.

We will send your booking confirmation to you on receipt of your initial payment.  The information will include the name and phone number of the holiday contact and will tell you when you must pay the remaining cost of the booking.  Upon receipt of the balance of the payment, we will send you all necessary travel information including directions to the apartment and how to obtain the keys. 

What We Provide: We provide towels and linen at no extra charge.  We provide the following ecological cleaning materials:  Washing up liquid, surface cleaner, hand soap (kitchen and bathrooms), dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets and toilet cleaner.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the property under any circumstances.
