Allergy Free Apartment is a large apartment/flat located in Muswell Hill, North London N10 - an upmarket neighbourhood which caters to all needs and has easy access into central London.
The apartment is available as a short term holiday let and is ideal for those who are concerned about toxins in their environment and those who suffer from asthma, allergies, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) and M.E.
Muswell Hill is a notable and well-preserved example of an Edwardian suburb of considerable consistency and quality. For this reason, much of it (including the apartment) has been designated a conservation area. Many in the media and the arts live here. This charming neighbourhood has a village-like atmosphere with a large variety of restaurants nearby, several which cater for children. We are a 5 minute walk to the high streets with a wealth of nice shops, pubs, an Odeon cinema, many cafés and bars, two large grocery stores (Marks & Spencer, Sainsburys, as well as a Tesco Extra a few minute's drive away). There is also a newly opened Planet Organic which sells fresh food, all types of groceries as well as supplements and toiletries, in addition to three other health food shops.

The apartment has two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, all en-suite and can sleep up to 7 people (2 queen sized beds, 1 double bed, 1 single bed and cot available). There is a large kitchen with all modern conveniences and a large living/dining area overlooking the private garden. Unusually for London, there is also private off-street parking for one car directly beside the front door.
The apartment is chemical and toxin-free. There are laminate wood floors throughout (no carpet or rugs anywhere
) which were done approximately 10 years ago so there is no remaining off-gassing. All the bedding and towels are organic unbleached cotton. The linen is washed in Ecover laundry detergent which has no artificial fragrances. The apartment is only cleaned with Ecover, Method or natural cleaning products and nothing with artificial fragrance is used in the apartment. The apartment is ideal for families with children. We can supply a highchair and cot like many holiday lets, but we go a little further and also offer a baby monitor, push chair, baby bouncer chair and children's dishes and cutlery. We can also usually arrange a babysitter with someone who is trusted, experienced and known to us personally. If you let us know the ages of your children we can also provide some suitable toys to keep them entertained. For older children (and adults!) there is a Wii and Wii Fit in the apartment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any animals in the apartment due to potential allergens. It is a strictly no-smoking apartment.
